Order Processing

All UrbanX products are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, product launches, or periods of high demand.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Destinations

UrbanX ships to most countries worldwide.

Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations, carrier restrictions, or destination country limitations.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Belgium: 2–7 business days
  • European Union: 3–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days
  • International destinations: 5–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, product type, package weight, and carrier rates.

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

UrbanX is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided whenever available.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.

Delayed, Lost or Stolen Packages

UrbanX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, or events beyond our control.

If a package appears lost, please contact us at contact@urbanx.be and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

UrbanX is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to the sender, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

UrbanX is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@urbanx.be.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
